Meet the Team

Hello and welcome! I’m Fay, the Director of the nursery. Although my role is now primarily behind the scenes, I continue to play an active part in ensuring the nursery maintains the high standards and values on which it was founded. I oversee key areas including Finance and Accounts, HR, Quality and Training, Business Development, and Administration.

Our family-run nursery began in 2001, inspired by my own experience as a parent. My three children were the reason I first entered childcare, and they sparked my passion for creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel secure, valued, and able to flourish. Over the years, this passion has continued to grow, and I remain committed to providing a warm, home-from-home setting where every child is encouraged to learn, explore, and develop at their own pace.

We believe that children benefit from a balance of meaningful play, outdoor experiences, and opportunities to explore the world around them. Our garden, the Imber Court site, and regular local outings all provide wonderful spaces for children to enjoy fresh air, build confidence, and develop new skills.

Below you can meet our fantastic team. Many of our team members hold childcare qualifications, and all have up-to-date DBS checks, as well as training in First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene. We are committed to continuous professional development, with our team regularly completing further training to enhance their knowledge, skills, and the quality of care we provide for every child.
